Are you looking for a design that is not on our site? With our inhouse designer and onsite workshop in Cape Town, we are able to design and manufacture a one-of-a-kind engagement ring especially for you or your partner. An engagement ring is the most important jewellery that you will own so it only makes sense to put in as much effort into it as possible. We work with a curated selection of certified lab grown diamonds and natural diamonds. Our team of engagement ring experts will walk you through the process of creating a ring that is nothing short of magnificent. Follow the steps below to get an understanding of how to design your very own engagement ring. Submit your ideas to us for a no-obligation quote!

Step One

Let Us Know What You Have In Mind

Find a design that you like from our website or send us your design ideas. Our engagement ring experts will use your ideas and style preferences to put a quotation together.

Step Two

Receive A Quotation

Once you have given us your design ideas, our experts will ask you a few questions and then send you a quotation based on the design and stone specifications that you have given us.

Step Three

Approve Your Quotation

Time to finalize your order. After you have received the quotation and you wish to proceed with the order, we will send you an invoice for a 50% upfront payment. Once payment is made, we will then begin designing your ring via CAD for your approval.

Step Four

Approve the design

Once your ring has been designed by our in-house jewellery designer, we will send you a photo-realistic rendering of what your ring will look like once completed. If you have any tweaks or changes to the design – we will make them for you. Once you are happy with the design, you will give us the go-ahead and we will begin production.

Step Five

Production of your ring

We print a 3D wax mould of your design that you have approved and then we cast and finish it in the desired metal. Production will take approximately 10-14 working days.

Step Six

Receive your ring

Our favourite step of them all – the step where we get to deliver or hand over your completed ring! Please note final payment is due on the completion of the ring.
