Custom Design your Dream Engagement Ring

Bring your dream ring to life with our bespoke custom jewellery design offering.

Work closely with our expert in-house designers to craft a bespoke engagement ring tailored to your unique vision and handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Whether you have a detailed design in mind or simply an idea for inspiration, our team will guide you through every step of the process

Step One

Tell Us your Vision

Share your ring inspiration with our team, including visual references, drawings,
or explain the concept if you have an original idea. Submit your ideas using our
contact form or email us directly at sales@granddiamonds.co.za.

Step Two

custom design quotation

Our in-house designers review your design inspiration and prepare a personalised quotation tailored to your specifications, along with expert guidance to help you achieve the perfect balance between design, diamond quality, and budget.

You’ll then approve the quotation and pay the 50% deposit.

Step Three

CAD Rendering

Our designer creates a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering of
your custom engagement ring, allowing you to visualise your ring before it is
manufactured.

Step Four

Final Design Approval

You review the CAD rendering and make any adjustments to refine the design and ensure it perfectly matches your vision. Once happy, you approve the final design for physical production.

Step Five

Production of your ring

We begin physical production of your custom engagement ring in our Cape Town workshop. Our experienced jewellers meticulously hand-finish every detail to ensure exceptional quality, comfort, and durability.

This stage typically takes approximately 10–14 working days.

Step Six

Receive your ring

Once we’ve completed the ring and it has passed our quality inspection, it is ready for collection or delivery.
