Every Grand Diamonds piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Our fine jewellery includes a 6-month manufacturing warranty against defects in workmanship, excluding chains, and a 10-year structural warranty when worn with reasonable care and serviced as recommended. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, external force, gemstone loss or damage, and bending, scratching or discolouration of precious metals. Any repairs, resizing or alterations carried out by a third party will void the warranty.

Please note: Pendants are covered by our standard fine jewellery warranty outlined above. Accompanying chains carry a separate 3-month manufacturing warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, stretching, snagging, accidental damage or damage caused by improper care are excluded.
