Crafting & Delivery
Every pendant is handcrafted to order in our Cape Town workshop. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for completion. Need it sooner? Contact our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Warranty
Please note: Pendants are covered by our standard fine jewellery warranty outlined above. Accompanying chains carry a separate 3-month manufacturing warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, stretching, snagging, accidental damage or damage caused by improper care are excluded.
